Returns & Refunds
Because fragrances are personal-use products, all opened or used fragrance products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact Aroma Essence Creations within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the package and product so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Please contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
